A web platform to run cattle farms in southern Chile: paddock maps drawn as real polygons, a 360° record for every animal, milk production, breeding, health, and costs. Its centerpiece is an auditable importer that migrates years of history out of the legacy Cooprinsem systems while keeping every original file hashed and intact.

Common-expense software for condominium managers in Chile. It replaces fragile spreadsheets with a verified prorating engine, AI-assisted Excel import, a resident portal, online payments through Mercado Pago and Webpay, WhatsApp and email reminders, and automatic bank reconciliation.
